A transformational refurbishment of 24 Guildhall Road has been completed, catapulting the building into a new chapter as a cultural centre. NN Contemporary Arts are taking three lower floors of the building and will be opening a new art gallery, an artists lounge and studio space for artists on the three lower floor levels. The remaining space at upper floor levels is transformed to provide accommodation capable of being utilised for office, educational, art and community style accommodation.
