Stephanie Brooke

Stephanie Brooke BA (Hons) MA MRICS is a Director at Eddisons (incorporating Fernie Greaves), having joined Fernie Greaves in 2009 as a graduate surveyor after graduating from the University of Sheffield.

Stephanie predominantly deals with managing clients’ property portfolios. This includes liaising between landlord and tenant and dealing with contractors in overseeing and inspecting work to properties. This is in addition to dealing with lease renewals, service charges, as well as recommending appropriate action to clients and instigating these to remedy any breaches of the lease. She is also responsible for some agency work, for property management clients, including the letting and sale of clients’ properties.

She is a member of the RICS and an RICS Registered Valuer.
