Linzi Hewitt

Linzi Hewitt joined Eddisons in 2022 within the incorporated Banks Long & Co office in Lincoln. Prior to Eddisons, Linzi served as a Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager for a local main contractor, where she managed live construction sites across various sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, and education. With over five years of industry experience within main contracting, Linzi also brings valuable experience from her work in Football Facilities and Investment.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Eddisons, Linzi provides a comprehensive range of services and advice to clients across Lincolnshire. She specialises in cost management, cost planning, cost estimating, procurement, contract management and tendering.

One of Linzi’s standout projects in recent years involved the renovation of a large existing building into a digital workspace in the heart of the city centre. She delivered cost management services throughout all project stages, including cost negotiations on a two-stage procurement process through to the final account.

Linzi is currently undertaking her MSc in Surveying (Quantity Surveying) and is on the RICS APC Pathway for Chartered status to further enhance her qualifications and gain industry accreditation. She holds a RICS Foundation in Quantity Surveying, certifications in Site Safety Management and Temporary Works Coordination, and is an Academically Qualified Person with a CSCS card.
