Fiona Peralta

Fiona joined Eddisons (Banks Long & Co) in 2019 and has worked in Property Management for many years previously, covering a wide and diverse range of portfolios.  

Her experience working in Property Management & Lettings enables her to provide Landlords & Leaseholders with comprehensive advice & support, such as marketing a property, current achievable incomes, Health & Safety information, refurbishment projects, current Health & Safety Regulations/Fire Safety and much more.

Fiona has been able to increase incomes for all portfolios, whilst ensuring the properties are kept compliant at all times. She has also worked closely with landlords & leaseholders to advise on achieving the necessary increased EPC ratings and upgrading of properties to get the best returns and better retainment of tenants.   

Fiona is a qualified Inventory Clerk and has undertaken full ARLA Management Training.
