Annabel Huffer

Annabel Huffer joined Eddisons in early 2022 following the acquisition of Daniells Harrison Chartered Surveyors. She joined Daniells Harrison in 2019 as their first Apprentice Building Surveyor and completed her Building Surveying degree with First Class Honours from University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in February 2023, before qualifying as an RICS Chartered Building Surveyor at the end of 2023.

Based in the Fareham office, Annabel is an integral member of the Building Surveying Team, carrying out an array of professional services on behalf of both commercial and residential clients. She also works closely with a number of education clients based on the South Coast to support them in their estate management, including in obtaining funding and undertaking complex projects.

Annabel was winner of both Apprentice of the Year and Principal’s Choice awards at the UCEM Built Environment Apprenticeship Awards 2023. She was also a finalist of both the Young Property Person of the Year 2023 at the South Coast Property Awards, and at the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Awards 2022.

Annabel is an A2CoC and GVC certified UAS Drone Pilot. Alongside her role at Eddisons, Annabel is also Vice-Chair of RICS Matrics Hampshire and IOW, and Vice-Chair and Junior Representative of Southampton Property Association. She is also an RICS Inspire Ambassador and is passionate about inspiring the next generation of property professionals to undertake a career in the Built Environment. She has also been involved in a number of panel events, sharing her experiences as an apprentice and also as a female in the Built Environment industry.
