Alexander Smith

Alex is a Senior Surveyor at Eddisons working across South Wales and the South West. 

As part of his degree, Alex completed a placement year at Savills in London, gaining experience in both valuation and business rates. After graduating in 2019 with a first class honours degree in Real Estate, he joined national housebuilder Lovell Partnerships, where he gained experience in land acquisition and business development. He joined Andrew Forbes Surveyors in 2021 where he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.  

Alex has experience in valuing a wide range of residential and commercial assets for loan security, inheritance and capital gains tax and acquisition advice.

As well as being a Chartered Surveyor, he plays both tennis and football for his for his local clubs and is a keen Cardiff City fan.
