Acting on behalf of the client, Eddisons has successfully let a 1,240 sq ft office unit at South Cambridge Business Park in Sawston.
A new four-year lease has been agreed to Poro Technologies Ltd, a spin-out from the Cambridge Centre for Gallium Nitride in the Department of Materials Science and Metallurgy at the University of Cambridge.
The property comprises modern office accommodation arranged over two floors and benefits from allocated parking.
South Cambridge Business Park is situated in the village of Sawston, seven miles south of the historic city of Cambridge with excellent access to the A11 and M11.
