Rebecca Welch

Rebecca Welch joined Eddisons in 2022 and is a Director based in the Manchester office. Having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2004, she worked for a variety of national firms in the southwest region, prior to moving to the Midlands in 2011.

As well as having a strong background in commercial valuation, Rebecca has previously worked in a consultancy role, providing a range of property related advice to public sector organisations including education providers, as well as in an agency role, dealing with disposals, acquisitions, and lease negotiation.

Rebecca currently provides valuation advice relating to a range of commercial property assets for secured lending, as well as for accountancy and tax purposes.

Additionally, she is a ,member of the RICS and is a Registered Valuer.
