About Michael
Michael Goodare joined Eddisons in October 2023 and leads the Valuation team in the Sheffield office. Michael provides valuation advice across the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors for a range of clients including banks, commercial occupiers, charities, property companies and local government.
Recent high profile projects include a valuation of a 0.5 acre development site which had consent for a development of 84 apartments, a portfolio of retail properties located across Sheffield, and a 70,000 sq ft industrial unit.
Michael is also an RICS APC Assessor and supports junior colleagues through the APC process.
