About Mark
Mark has been with Eddisons since the acquisition of Barker Storey Matthews (BSM) in 2019. Having joined BSM in 2006 as a Graduate Surveyor, he qualified as a Member of the RICS in 2008 and has progressed to Director level, heading up the professional services team in Cambridge.
Benefitting from a wide range of experience, Mark is able to assist clients on many property related matters but his main focus is commercial and residential valuation and landlord and tenant advisory across East Anglia. Mark is also experienced in commercial property sales, lettings and development land disposal and enjoys assisting clients with acquisitions of new premises.
He acts for a wide range of clients to include most banks/lenders as well as local authorities, private and publicly listed companies, pension funds and individuals.
