Christopher Thomas

Chris Thomas joined Eddisons (inc. Andrew Forbes Surveyors) in 2009 and is a Director based primarily in the Bristol office, but covering the whole South West and South Wales region. Chris has extensive valuation experience, valuing a wide range of commercial, residential, development and investment propositions for a wide range of purposes. In his career, he also has many years experience in agency, landlord and tenant, property management and auctions.  

Chris is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, who commenced his surveying career in 2003 following completing a property related degree at the University of the West of England, and then subsequently completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying at the College of Estate Management.
