About Charlie
Charlie Whitehead joined Eddisons (inc. Andrew Forbes Surveyors) in 2018, after completing his degree in 'Real Estate' at UWE and working at a local estate agency. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and is now an Associate Director, sitting in the South West/ Wales valuations team.
Whilst Charlie regularly values a wide range of residential & commercial assets, he specialises in valuing properties in the licence & leisure (pubs, hotels, guest houses, campsites, etc.), and healthcare/ medical (medical centres, pharmacies, dentists, etc.) sectors.
As well as being a Chartered Surveyor, Charlie is a Counsellor & Assessor for RICS APC candidates, and can often be found camping, walking, or on a boat.
