Eddisons were instructed by a group of clients with several properties one of which was a business park. These were held in investment vehicles that included pension funds and trusts.
Approach
Eddisons set out to value the portfolio and to help with fund and tax management. The properties were all investment properties which included a business park and an array of other properties.
Results
Eddisons successfully identified all requirements and valued each property. The team of RICS registered valuers used a combination of expert local knowledge and sector experience from working with the widest range of organisations in the sector. The client was presented with a comprehensive report with assurance that all areas were addressed and accurate.
