We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as Business Support personnel. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organising documents
- Type and proofread various documents
- Assist in office organisation
- Computerise information for easy access and retrieval
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette in all communications
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Proficient in data entry processes
- Strong clerical skills and attention to detail
- Efficient typing skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and organisational tasks
- Ability to computerise information effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus
