The Huddersfield office of chartered surveyors Eddisons has been instructed to let nearly 6,000 sq ft of Grade II office space near Huddersfield town centre.
The accommodation at Birkby Hall, off Birkby Hall Lane, is arranged over three floors and includes a training room and meeting room, set within attractive landscaped grounds. The asking rent is £15.00 per sq ft.
The property, which dates back to the 1800’s, is located to the south east of the town centre and is close to junction 24 of the M62.
