Eddisons to put 111 lots under the hammer


Among the lots going under the hammer in Manchester are two major freehold residential investments in Manchester M19.

10 and 12 Osborne Road is arranged as 11 self-contained flats, currently producing annual income of £50,700. The guide price is £455,000 plus. Meanwhile 14 and 16 Osborne Road, arranged as 10 self-contained flats generating £46,500 per annum, is guided at £445,000 plus.
