Eddisons Serves Up Bradford Restaurant Opportunity


A ground floor restaurant opportunity in Bradford, opposite the Westfield Shopping Centre, is being marketed by Eddisons.

The A3 premises on Valley Road form part of the new Travelodge and are within the City Centre Growth Zone. The hotel itself comprises 69 bedrooms, but has no restaurant facility.

The total floor space extends to around 3,000 sq ft, and is available to rent as a whole at £45,000 per annum. There is also the potential to rent smaller units, from 1,000 sq ft.
