Eddisons were instructed by a council to value a number of commercial buildings that formed part of their portfolio
Approach
Eddisons RICS registered valuers put a plan in place and surveyed the large public sector listed buildings properties. Site layout, building floor areas, age description and various measurements and features of the building were taken in to account for the valuation. Analytical reports were produced of the property and specific recommendations made.
Results
The valuation was successfully accomplished. A timely valuation report was provided with findings and recommendations.
