Project
The owners of a large office block used by a well know charity contacted Eddisons for a valuation. The building had an additional separate office building next door.
Approach
Eddisons surveyed the entire office site including the office building next door. Various measurements and features of the building were taken in to account for the valuation.
Results
The valuation was provided in the form of a detailed valuation report. The report included a breakdown of plans with separate values for each of the offices.
