A dentist with a number of practices around the Yorkshire area was looking to sell up and retire. It was fundamental the dental practices were valued correctly for future negotiations between the seller and buyer. Eddisons set out to value the dentist practises.
Eddisons RICS registered valuers put a plan in place and surveyed the dental practices . Various criteria for the valuation were taken into consideration such as layout, building floor areas, age description, measurements and features of the building. Analytical reports were produced of the building and specific recommendations made.
The valuation was provided in the form of a detailed report. The report included a breakdown of the aspects taken into consideration with findings and recommendations for each of the dental practices.
