Our client is a global real estate investment company with a growing portfolio of ‘value-added’ industrial properties. We were instructed to identify suitable investment properties in the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire area with an end value of between £10,000,000 and £15,000,000.


We provided a report to contain available properties in the area which would satisfy the investment criteria. Our client identified a suitable property at Southgate Way, Peterborough and promptly commenced negotiations with the vendors. We produced a detailed purchase report to include historical development data, analysis of neighbourhood industrial estates, total built stock, vacancy rates, past years take up rates, historical and up to date market values.

We entered into negotiations with the vendors, and upon agreement of terms, we provided a detailed pre-acquisition survey on the condition of the property.


As a result of our services, the completion of the acquisition took place within 3 months of identifying the suitable investment.
