The overall brief and objective for our client, Tekla, was to relocate to larger premises within close proximity to Leeds city centre. They needed us to deliver and a high-specification fit-out within a three month timescale, in order to facilitate their ambitious growth plans.
Tekla chose to appoint Eddisons to manage the entirety of the project. We were involved from the identification of the ideal property, through to specification, planning and project management of the centralisation and fit-out. This allowed intellectual property could continue to build throughout the process, and the ambitious timescales could be achieved.
Our work ensured that Tekla benefitted from £440k of lease savings. The knowledge we gathered during the pre-acquisition period led to a smooth transition into planning and delivery of the entire project. We ultimately provided the firm with upgraded premises: a quality Grade A office space fit-out, with ongoing support to ensure the property and its functions continue to deliver for the business.
