A number of purpose built fire stations developed under a PFI framework required bespoke insurance programme. As a result, the client believed there was limited appetite within the insurance market.
Approach
Eddisons Insurance Services undertook a review of the contractual insurance programmes and undertook site visits to assess the risk management requirements. The insurance team then approached selected insurers.

Eddisons delivered a fit for purpose insurance programme with a leading insurer, delivering overall cost savings of over 30%.
