Working with our client Novus, we recently undertook a detailed options appraisal and development of an estate strategy to meet MOJ Delivery Partner Services requirements. This was as part of an OJEU process and involved preparation of workplace strategy and appraisals for all options, including the detailed assessment of existing and new assets.
We undertook searches to establish office availability on the Government estate, alongside a market search of commercially available opportunities. We set out key objectives for the project and milestones to deliver key information on the estate. The exercise involved extensive consultation with MOJ service leads, outsourced providers, and the legal team. We developed a project delivery plan to scope the portfolio for onboarding, and the study concluded with preparation of a strategic options report.
We identified a clear implementation strategy to deliver MOJ services across the North West and Manchester and this has been rolled out successfully.
