Ruth and Keith Taylor had decided to set up a café and cake business and needed to find the perfect premises. The couple had been searching for some time but had had no success.
Approach
We were able to provide a high number of good quality properties and ultimately identified the perfect one in Eldwick, West Yorkshire. The couple met with our team to help establish whether converting the empty former convenience store into a café and cake shop would be achievable.
Our team ensured they felt confident they could make it work. We went the extra mile and handled the planning permission application for change of use of the premises in its entirety, which otherwise could have been a complex, time consuming process for the couple who had never done it before.
