Job Title: Valuation Surveyor

Main Responsibilities
- Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across the main commercial and residential sectors
- Contribute to team targets and business growth initiatives
- Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines
- Demonstrate in-depth market knowledge and ensure quality assurance standards are upheld
- Client-facing role with potential to identify new business and fee-earning opportunities
Skills & Experience
- MRICS and VRS qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
- Adept with Argus, Kel or market standard valuation software
- Proven experience in commercial property valuation
- Strong verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills
- Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards
- Happy to work independently with minimal supervision but also as part of the wider regional team.
