We are seeking a friendly and well-organised professional to join our experienced and thriving Admin team in Lowton, Warrington. You will work alongside our experienced team members in the property auction department. Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel is required.

Role and Requirements

  • Managing email enquiries from both buyers and sellers
  • Working directly with our clients throughout the auction process
  • Liaising with external stakeholders such as solicitors and contractors
  • Issuing documents to new clients and processing ID details in line with AML regulations
  • Creating contracts and processing auction sales
  • Supporting the wider surveying department working as a team but also managing your own workload

Experience

  • Property or legal experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided
