•      The Company has an excellent reputation for providing exceptional design and market leading levels of service delivery predominantly across Wales and the Southwest

•      The business diversified into construction of new building developments in 2022, but is taking steps to close its construction division following trading losses 

•      Based in South Wales and the Southwest of England, trading from leasehold premises

•      Established infrastructure and incumbent management willing to remain                          

•      Workforce of 50 skilled employees

•      Strong pipeline of secured orders of £12 million and current opportunities of £17 million       

•      Key Assets; goodwill, order book and pipeline, WIP, debtors, leasehold improvements, fixtures, fittings and office equipment
