A composite well maintained hot mill, mainly manufactured by Pomini, Faim & Danieli. Feed stock 140 x 140 x 2150mm Billets. Sturdy natural gas fired reheat furnace (15tph capacity) 450mm roughing stand; 420mm 3 Hi roughing stand; stand A, horizontal roll stand with 2 cassettes; stand B vertical mill stand with 2 cassettes; Endorel Downtrain control pulpit with speed control/cascade system; stands 1-5 horizontal mill stands; stand 6 vertical; stand 7-8 crosstrain horizontal incorporating 2 x repeat; stand 9 horizontal finishing; stand 10 vertical finishing; stand 11 horizontal finishing; pre cooling bed rotary chopper; walking beam indexed cooling bed; cut to length shear; 5T cantilever crane; automated bundling station.

All available spares including rolls, ac & dc motors, control cabinets drives, compressors etc.

The Mill is fully operational and can be seen working by appointment.

Also available 3 cold straightening machines including Siemag 7 roll bar/pipe straightener; 3 x roll turning lathes; template machine etc.
