Challenge
The owner of a large Industrial site which included various manufacturing areas contacted Eddisons for a valuation. The Industrial site had been updated with the addition of two outbuildings.
Solution
Eddisons surveyed the entire industrial site including outbuildings. Various measurements and features of the building were taken in to account for the valuation.
Results
The valuation was provided in the form of a detailed valuation report. The report included a breakdown of plans with separate values for each of the out buildings.
