Lishmans is a well-known butchers shop in Ilkley and has been in operation for over 31 years The owner, David Lishman, approached us to sell his deli and sandwich shop in Bolton Abbey.
Solution
Working closely with David, we marketed the property online and in print, and also used our extensive database of business buyers to cherry-pick potential buyers we thought may be interested in buying David’s deli. David was busy running his butcher’s shop and needed the sale of the deli to be handled almost entirely by us, allowing him to continue operating n with his other business.
